Burrowed in the centre of East London, Bow is fast becoming one of London’s most talked about spots.
Bow’s got that raw East End energy – industrial chic, canal-side cool, and a creative edge that’s still under the radar. It’s not as polished as some areas, but that’s part of its charm—gritty, green, and full of character. Here’s all the things we love about Bow.
Take a stroll through the bustling streets and you’ll encounter a vibrant array of languages and cuisines that reflect the rich history of Bow’s diverse community.

Boredom doesn’t exist here – pubs-a-plenty, local eateries and live music to see you into the early hours of the morning.

Don’t forget to keep an eye out for the park’s many events and festivals throughout the year too, including outdoor concerts, food markets, and cultural celebrations.

Mae + Harvey is a relaxing, independent cafe on Roman Road. Their rotating menu consists of delicious dishes such as cherry tomato & egg yolk pasta, homemade granola, scrambled/fried eggs on toast & their famous chicken sandwich is a must try!

G Kelly:
You can’t visit the East End without trying Pie and Mash, right? The shop was founded in 1939 by George Kelly, lending the shop its name. In the mid-1950s the shop was bought by Bill Kingdon, George’s brother in law. Today, the shop is run by Sue, Bill’s daughter, and her son Neil. A family run business in the heart of Bow.
